LONDON- easyJet (U2) has confirmed 16 new summer 2026 routes from eight UK airports, expanding access to major European and leisure destinations. The update includes new links to Sal in Cape Verde (SID), Bari (BRI), Seville (SVQ), Nice (NCE), Montpellier (MPL), Preveza (PVK), and more.
The airline is also adding new domestic and regional options, including services between Birmingham (BHX) and Inverness (INV) and new connections from London Southend (SEN), London Stansted (STN), Liverpool (LPL), Newcastle (NCL), and Glasgow (GLA).
easyJet Adds 16 New UK Routes
easyJet is expanding its UK operation through a strategic mix of leisure and city routes designed to meet rising demand from regional markets. The airline continues to strengthen its presence at key bases while adding capacity to popular summer destinations across Europe and North Africa.
The new Bristol Airport (BRS) schedule includes three weekly flights to Sal in Cape Verde (SID) starting 1 May 2026, marking the carrier’s third UK link to the island. Bristol will also see new twice-weekly flights to Bari (BRI) from 18 April and to Seville (SVQ) from 2 May, offering travellers new Mediterranean options.
Birmingham Airport (BHX) gains services to Inverness (INV) from 30 March 2026 and to Nice (NCE) from 1 May. Both operate twice weekly and are positioned to serve both business and leisure traffic.
Manchester Airport (MAN) receives new flights to Montpellier (MPL) from 30 March 2026 and Preveza (PVK) from 24 June. Liverpool Airport (LPL) adds links to Lisbon (LIS) from 31 March and Paphos (PFO) from 2 August.
London Southend Airport (SEN), easyJet’s newest base, adds Jersey (JER) from 30 March. London Stansted (STN) gains Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) from 5 March, improving connectivity to the French capital.
Newcastle Airport (NCL) secures a new Tenerife (TFS) route from 1 August. This addition brings the airport’s easyJet network to 20 routes, ahead of the airline’s upcoming three-aircraft base launch.
Scotland sees four new routes from Glasgow Airport (GLA), linking the city to Lisbon (LIS) from 29 March, Pisa (PSA) and Sharm El Sheikh (SSH) from 1 August, and Malta (MLA) from 4 August. These additions enhance Scotland’s access to both city and long-haul leisure destinations.
Holiday Packages and Added Flexibility
easyJet holidays will support each international route with package offerings that include flights, hotel stays, and booking flexibility.
Travellers can modify or cancel their plans under the Ultimate Flexibility policy, making the expanded network accessible to a wider audience seeking both convenience and price certainty.
easyJet marks its 30th year with more than 630 routes from 22 UK airports. The airline expects around 50 million UK passengers this year and continues to develop its fleet while pursuing long-term sustainability goals backed by its net zero roadmap.
