United Launches First Ever Boston to Jackson Hole Flights With Free Ski Perks

BOSTON- United Airlines (UA) is adding a new seasonal route linking Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) with Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) in Wyoming, giving travelers from New England a nonstop option for reaching one of the United States’ best-known winter destinations. The new service will operate during the 2026-27 winter season, beginning February 13, 2027.

The route will mark United’s first-ever nonstop service between Boston and Jackson Hole. The Saturday-only flights will run through March 20, creating a limited seasonal connection timed specifically around the peak winter travel period.

United Boston to Jackson Hole Flights

United will operate the new Boston-Jackson Hole route using a Boeing 737-700 configured with 126 seats. The aircraft will depart Boston at 10:20 a.m. on Saturdays and arrive in Jackson Hole at 1:45 p.m., according to the published schedule.

The return service will leave Jackson Hole at 12:40 p.m. and reach Boston at 7:30 p.m. The schedule gives passengers a same-day nonstop option in both directions, although the seasonal service will be limited to Saturdays.

The addition is significant for Boston-area skiers because travelers currently need to connect when flying between Boston and Jackson Hole. United already serves Jackson Hole from several of its major U.S. hubs, and the Boston service will expand the airline’s network at the Wyoming airport.

Jackson Hole Ski Access

Jackson Hole is known for its extensive ski terrain and winter recreation, making the destination particularly relevant to the new seasonal route.

The direct connection is also designed to make the trip more convenient for travelers who previously had to use connecting flights.

A major incentive accompanies the new service. Passengers traveling from Boston on the nonstop route will be eligible for a complimentary lift ticket for the day they arrive in Jackson Hole, provided they present a valid boarding pass or proof of their flight, Boston News reported.

The offer also includes an equipment demo package from Jackson Hole Sports in Teton Village.

The combination of nonstop air service and ski-related benefits gives Boston travelers an additional reason to consider Jackson Hole for a winter trip.

United Expands Jackson Hole

The Boston service will bring the number of U.S. nonstop routes operated by United into Jackson Hole to eight during the winter season.

The airline’s broader presence at the airport reflects the importance of Jackson Hole to its seasonal leisure network.

For Boston travelers, the new flight removes the need for a connection and provides a direct link to Wyoming for a portion of the winter season.

Tickets for the new service are already available through United, allowing passengers to plan trips for February and March 2027.

The route also gives United another opportunity to connect its Boston market with a major U.S. leisure destination. With only one weekly frequency, availability is expected to be concentrated around the Saturday operating schedule.
