ANCHORAGE- Alaska Airlines (AS) is making adjustments to its flight frequencies to Kahului, Hawaii, in the first quarter of 2024. The changes, effective from January 13, 2024, through February 10, 2024, are reflected in the OAG schedules from the weekend of October 15, 2023.
The Group operates flights to 115 destinations, providing travelers with 1,200 daily departures within the United States and destinations in Mexico, Canada, and Costa Rica.
Alaska Airlines Kahului Flights
Here are the updated schedules as reported by Aeroroutes:
Portland, Oregon to Kahului: From January 9, 2024, to March 13, 2024, flights will be reduced from 7 to 5 per week.
- Flight AS809 departing PDX at 07:00 and arriving at OGG at 11:10 using a 7M9 aircraft (Operates on Saturday).
- Flight AS809 departing PDX at 07:15 and arriving at PGG at 11:25 using a 7M9 aircraft (Operates on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
The return flights from OGG are as follows:
- Flight AS898 departing OGG at 14:05 and arriving at PDX at 21:32 using a 7M9 aircraft (Operates on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
- Flight AS898 departing OGG at 14:45 and arriving at PDX at 22:12 using a 7M9 aircraft (Operates on Saturday).
Seattle to Kahului: From January 9, 2024, to February 15, 2024, flights will be reduced from 21 to 16 per week. (Note: 18 weekly flights will resume from February 22, 2024, through March 13, 2024).
- Flight AS861 departing SEA at 08:40 and arriving at OGG at 13:05 using a 7M9 aircraft (Operates on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Flight AS861 departing SEA at 09:20 and arriving at OGG at 13:45 using a 7M9 aircraft (Operates on Tuesday).
- Flight AS825 departing SEA at 12:01 and arriving at OGG at 16:26 using a 7M9 aircraft (Operates on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Flight AS825 departing SEA at 12:20 and arriving at OGG at 16:45 using a 7M9 aircraft (Operates on Tuesday).
- Flight AS805 departing SEA at 17:45 and arriving at OGG at 22:05 using a 737 aircraft (Operates on Saturday and Sunday).
The return flights from OGG are as follows:
- Flight AS862 departing OGG at 12:10 and arriving at SEA at 19:58 using a 7M9 aircraft (Operates on Saturday).
- Flight AS862 departing OGG at 12:30 and arriving at SEA at 20:18 using a 7M9 aircraft (Operates on Sunday).

- Anchorage to Kahului: From January 8, 2024, to March 30, 2024, flights will be reduced from 7 to 2 per week.
- Los Angeles to Kahului:
- The weekly service will be suspended from January 8, 2024, to February 16, 2024.
- From February 17, 2024, to March 16, 2024, flights will be reduced from 2 to 1 per week.
- From March 17, 2024, to April 14, 2024, flights will be reduced from 7 to 2 per week.
